LEAD PASTOR
Carlos Rodriguez loves Jesus and loves people. Upon graduating from Masters Commission Discipleship School and West Coast Bible College and Seminary, he has served as a Children's/Youth/Executive Pastor, and now, Lead Pastor. He believes the Lord has given him a passion for the city of Midland and the Permian Basin. He desires to lead a Church where people can come and know that "we aren't shocked by sin and still amazed by grace." That is the heartbeat and mission of REAL CHURCH, to point real people to a real Jesus with a real love.
REAL KIDS DIRECTOR
Kristen's love for kids starts at home with her 2 wonderful children, Sebastian and Sophia.
She does an incredible job making sure our kids at Real Church know they are loved by God and have a purpose! Our Real Kids team strongly believe in the promise of God "Train up a child in the way they should go [teaching them to seek God’s wisdom and will for their abilities and talents], Even when they are old they will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6
NURSERY COORDINATOR
Courtney Harris is an incredible woman of God. She takes pride in making sure that our babies in the nursery are well cared and prayed for during service. She is also mom to KaMaya and Keiston. She wants every parent to attend service knowing their baby is in great hands.
